Many of those lines were good lines even just in the script, because they were funny, context etc.. But "game over, man" is a great line because of Paxton's delivery being so memorable, and now iconic. If some other actor had said that line with a different reading it probably wouldn't have been remembered by anyone.
Not saying Bill Paxton is Robert De Niro, I'm just saying that his version of the line is what makes it stick. Credit where credit is due. And yeah, I think that's the line that most people remember most (especially casual and non-aliens fans). The "Get away from her you bitch" probably second because it was in the trailer and because it was built up in the movie so obviously as a "movie quote line".

I remember seeing "Game over man. Now what the f*** are we supposed to do", "Maybe we could build a campfire, sing a couple of songs", "I guess we won't be leaving..." etc on ETW before seeing the film and thinking it all seemed a bit lame. Then, when you're catching you're breath after the previous 20 minutes, and you're familiar with the characters, it all makes perfect sense. The worst part was: after the next shot of the window shutters closing in the colony building there was a reel change which was a perfect time for my local monoplex to have an intermission
