If, like this weekend, the little angel suddenly announces she does not want to go stay with her dad at the weekend, everything is cancelled. That's paid tickets to see Chubby Brown and a days paid milsim airsofting.

If she does it again next weekend it very much looks like I'll only get in a half day. But stay tuned for further updates.

On the plus side, Sandy will get to try out my armour sonner rather than later.

Hopefully, I have managed to swing all day sat, although Julie probably won't be dropping for the whole day. Party is probably out unless some sort of miracle occurs. Sunday I had to plea bargain for more family friendly shenanigans.

I do see her point. 10 hours is a long time to drag a 5 year old around.
