The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Dom -

As a recipient of the ALG Award I was wondering if I could get a medal for my sig.

...Also, is there any decoration for TDY operations acting in an advisory role? I had planned on wearing a USCM shirt and a cap with the USCM Charter patch for my AVP-R DVD appearance, but was instructed that legally I needed to be sanitized.

Just a gentle reminder that I'm still awaiting my Colonial Marine Corps Combat Action Ribbon for participating in the first sweep at D*Con 2008.

Tried to set my URL for my ribbons on here and it won't take....went back to the message where you assigned the URL and it tells me that it has been deleted.

Any clue??

Just got home from an event, in uniform, which would qualify me for the Samhain 1031 Prison Colony Incident Decoration...

Oh man, we have a CAR now! SWEET! I was wondering why my ribbon bar looked bigger than I remembered it being, hehe. Nice work, Dom.

Wonder if I can get the M56 rig patched up in time to find a party to wear it to... I want that Samhain!

Dallas x2 Sci-fi expo

Spent over 2 hours at a sales booth talking to patrons about the USCM in full gear. Does this qualify for any special service ribbon?

Also I found a way to reliably induce controlled neural plasticity in the primary auditory cortex of dropsphlia. Is there a sciene ribbon or anything of that nature?

Does this mean you've done this event twice in this year? What were the date?

nuclearsphinx wrote:

Sure.

Are you kidding?

Again, please, make these requests with your real name... if you don't put your real name in your signature, I can't guess it and I don't necessarily remember real names over screen names. Thanks!

I would like to request the Samhain 1031 Prison Colony Incident Decoration for wearing my uniform to work on Oct 31. It might have only been 8 people but they were people. Thank you.

Well, yeah... but this reasoning, some of us would have 25 drops or more in Atlanta. It's one ribbon per drop. Are your current ribbons actually earned or have you doubled up on events?

I still can't believe you entertaining this thought... I'm not part of the Nobel commission you know...

The last one is the only one I went to two days in a row as a USCM. So to answer your question all the other ribbons are correct. So I need 1 Combat Drop and 1 Operation merit? for being at a table for two hours talking with partons?
