I think we need to get some order to the hotel situation. Who has booked rooms and who is sharing with who?

you can bunk in with me for Friday and Saturday , then maybe bunk in with Darren etc Sunday... or you could try to book a room for just sunday night? save on money.. :wink:

Hello to all.

I am looking to book a room for Friday to Sunday.

That 14/11/08 to 17/11/08 for three nights.

I see the price per night is:

Advance Purchase
£63.00 (GBP) PER ROOM, PER NIGHT
Rate Change: £77.00 (GBP)

So that £231 @ £77 per night.

Is this right?

Hey Steve

If you give them a reference that Malika posted somewhere, I can't remember exactly what is was, something like "scifi" though I think then the room rate will be £48 per night including breakfast.
I'll try and find the reference she gave but failing that I'm sure if you tell them that you are there for the NSC weekend then they will be able to give you the discount anyway but you'll need to phone them andnot book online.
