Nice to be here again.

As usual Im searching for some answers amongst you enlighted of the Aliens elite that I bow before. Last time finding the Colonial Zelda ship was a real astonishing task so now comes the second one. (nerve wrecking, exciting music)

Whats the story behind this one. The APC ?prototype? seen here is claimed by the collector of coming from Aliens. It how ever seems to be in the wrong scale for any of the shots of either colony, Dropship or radio control. Its most likely being a 1:32 or 1:35 scale. Do any know this vehicle or is it from another SF film/series like the Zelda Cruiser?

I've spoken with someone who was on the model unit for Aliens and while their memory is a little hazy after all this time they don't think it was made for the film, but is most probably from something else.

It's certainly not visible on screen and it's not been spotted in any behind the scenes or production material either.

What's the model to the right of the APC?

I think the part to the right is the crane/service tower of the colony landing platform.
