I believe they are fingerless leather driving gloves.

Also, considering how soft they appear, I'm leaning toward calfskin/ deerskin.

They have a wriststrap that tapers to a point and a tiny vent hole, above each knuckle.

i would suggest you try bikers sites ,harley merchandise, bikers leather suppliers, or custom sites, they are a popular look for cruiser riders ,might turn something up dude, Rob

One tip I'd like to add - test the fit of fingerless gloves very, very carefully. There's no pressure against your fingertips to keep the seams from riding up in between your fingers if the fit is a little off, and that gets surprisingly painful surprisingly fast. After dealing with that last year, I'm just going to wear my Hatch marksman's gloves from now on.

Every year around Halloween they often sell mock fingerless biker gloves. I'm guessing they are made out of vinyl or some such because the price is pretty low.
