I'm using all found parts with 3d prints and some

scratch build blending in between.

I've been away for a few months and come back to this gem of a topic,after all your work, it appears that this just could be the "easiest" alien prop to make. When I think of all the time I spent just looking at the pictures trying to workit all out.

Well, it's not a canon brain-bucket, but I've got an HGU-26 dual visor tht I was planning on using. Why? Bcause I can, and I just heppen to like the tape job I did on it.

Gio, need a little help on a few measurements.



I'm on my third pass, and it is looking really nice.

The tricky one is C. Some picts look like there is a step, the side

pict looks flush.


And PM coming.

Here's the latest pass.




Almost finished..

I wonder what, if anything was stuck to the area between your A & B lines there Matt, it definitely looks like something broke off - there seems to be a ring of paint around the area and you can see the original surface of the part underneath. My best guess is that it's the same piece as the top one on that rectangular block.

It's odd that both helmets have this though, although it can't be ruled out that it's just a coincidence that the same piece came off both helmets.
