Since I could'nt think of any other way that I could honor chris and joy I went to starregistry.com and named a star FNG CHRIS' JOY in the constellation Leo. She should get it thursday hope it's a decent star they won't let you pick. Too much unhappiness in this neck of the woods this past month so I hope this name takes all of you into consideration. It won't be the scientific name but it should be recorded in the ISR supposedly.

thought it sounded like a good idea tried to think of everybody here it was a bit spontaneous though probably should have taken other suggestions but I think it works.

everyone here that has had the honor of talking to FNG knows that to them they have their own ways of dealing with it

i was talking to chris a day before the heart attack and i can't see myself doing something in his honor more then a black armband (and in a day dream) wearing his armor one last time)


chris was a part of us no one can ever deny, we all got our meens of liveing with the loss

some greevem some drink, some buy stars.... it's all on what gets us through no meens is usless when it comes to honoring someone we truly love

Wouldn't it be funny if years and years from now, they discover a violent form of alien life on a planet near that star, and they have to send in a load of futuristic Marines to clean house? :lol:
