The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

No no no! Just the peanut butter, in the plastic jar with the orange lid. Oh how I love that stuff! <drool!> :)

Are there any non-edible SpatCave items that anyone wants me to bring? I'm mostly talking about the resin kits I offer. I'd like to know if there's any interest in that stuff and if I should haul some stuff with me.

Hmmm... I wonder if I can burn the DVD's in PAL. I'll have to give that a try.

But I won't have the Foreplay yet, since the DVD's are made each year, Vol 4 covers 2007, and we're not done with it yet. So be sure to do a lot of stupid things at NSC, so you can actually be in Vol 4!!

The brackets are molded in black, so no paint needed. I do scuff them up with the metal scratch marks before installing them on the armor.

But you can always do that after it's installed if you needed.

Ok, I just re-rendered the Vol 3 Spat Gone Wild DVD in PAL. Took 4 days, but it's ready to be burned. Sadly, I have no way of testing it before I bring it out there, so we'll all have to keep our fingers crossed.

I have a ride set up to get me from the con back to London on Monday, but on Friday when I land, my pick up won't be able to get me for almost 7 hours after I arrive.

Anyone passing by Heathrow on Friday the 2nd at like 07:00 or 08:00 that can fit me and 2 suitcases for a ride to the show?

It would be hugely appreciated!

If not, anyone near Heathrow want to keep me company until like 13:00? I'll be very bored.

As far as other swag to bring, I'll have what looks like 8 throat guards, 10 sets of Back Brackets, 5 sets of Grenade Loop straps, 5 S:AaB Grenades, 4 Doom Grenades, 4 Hellboy Locators, 3 Blade Mac 11 add ons, and 2 Star Trek Next Gen Phaser Rifle kits. These will all be available on a first come, first served basis, so find me early to get swag. I just have to figure out the money conversions and find a way to remember the prices when I get there!

I'll also try to burn 10 copies of the PAL version of Spat Gone Wild Vol 3, and a few copies of Vol 2 (if I have enough time to re-render it in PAL). If I don't have time to convert everything to PAL, can I bring NTSC versions? Won't they work on your computers?

Ok, that's it for now. Anyone able to meet me at the airport, let me know!

Hey Spat

Is it just you now then? I thought you were bringing a friend? If it is just yourself then I could swing by and pick you up. I have one spare seat in the van with me and Osmotic.

Let me know.

Cheers

Darren

Yeah, Drew is an NYPD Sgt., and at the last minute (even though he had the vacation days approved months ago), they transferred another Sgt., leaving him as the only one that can work the Friday. So he had to cancel.

So just me now. Which will make it tougher for me to videotape myself doing silly things, but I'll find a way.

:)

And the pick up would be awesome. Thanks!

Shame about your mate Spat, though looks liek your in safe hands :D

As for the NTSC versions,I think a majority will have Multi region DVDs,so all being well they`ll play okay on those.

So I dare say having both available would be worth while. Though those wanting PAL will have to get there first :D

Awesome! In that case, I'll only be making PAL versions of Vol 3, and then have the NTSC versions of the other 2. Makes my life a lot easier!!
