The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Yes the toysrus packs are what I got yesterday by dumb luck. As ours around here never have Aliens stuff. I have a huge idea coming up for these and I'm bummed when at SDCC there was a nominated Aliens poster I tried to get but they were all gone when I went back. It was the movie poster with newt an Ripley in the egg chamber...

So to recap:
Initial "counter dump" release (Individual packaging, 1 figure each)
-Spunkmeyer
-Burke
-Wierzbwoski
-5x Warriors (various states of battle damage, inner jaws attacking, open/closed mouths, etc)

Thanks for the list! I decided I need the Aliens ones at least since they seem to be going all out.
Wondering if your counter dump section is right because on BBTS they say it has:

plus nine Xenomorphs in three different varieties!

Yeah you are right. Fixed. I forgot the actual number of aliens as I just remembered there were too many!

Stumbled upon another wave of these guys. Saw no advertisement for them and look mostly just to be repackaged with 'grimacing' faces.

I don't think there is a difference between the actual figures, but the bottom one is the "exclusive" pairing with the battle damaged warrior.

The pairing with Hudson was the regular s2 version.

Due out September with an exclusive "Gorman" figure. I am a sucker, but I'm on board!

It should be noted that while Spunkmeyer was in the first wave, they have yet to make a "Ferro" figure. Seeing Gorman (also previously never released) here makes me wonder if a drop ship with a Ferro may not be in the plans...

Awesome but sad it doesn't appear to be to scale with the figures, would have been cool to be able to put them inside!

Fair point. I am hoping that is just the way they superimposed the image. It would be pretty pointless if they can't ride in it.

If I recall other minimate/vehicle pairngings, the Nightrider KITT was in scale to Michael Knight, but the HK tank was NOT in scale to the Terminator Endoskeleton.

So this...this is a hard one to guess.

I am so excited about this announcement - way more excited than I should be at least! So just Bishop and Ferro left ... As Bigbisont has speculated, come on give me that massive in scale dropship! Right I need to go track down Frost and Crowe to get my team up to date.

Dam, and here I held off buying these...but an APC that actually will seat some of these figures??

That's getting awfully tempting.
