The T-shirt the marines are wearing standard military issue?

I have no idea if they are issue shirts or off the shelf but they are OD T shirts. At least that's how they appear on screen to me. In reality of course, as with so many things, the actual colour may have been different slightly.

In the film...they just look like OD tshirts. Some wear others..like Frost and Drake. But if you get an OD Tshirt...it will look fine.
