The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Looks awesome!
IMHO Better than an AirSoft build I have to say, but then it comes with its weight.
What type of SteadyCam arm are you using to hold this type of weight?

Would you mind sharing how you join the arm to the gun?

Hay folks to answer a few questions

My headset eyepiece was made by Marcel (Mars attacks) top guy nice to chat to

My arm "was" a 10kg arm but has been heavy modded including bigger bearings and each arm section re-built to include three 10kg springs instead of the original one, it's quite happy to carry up to 20kg (have tryed it with weights) but my back and legs won't lol

...And to crash down its attached as the original I made the parts in aluminium when I get time at the weekend I'll take some pics for you

Out-freaking-standing! I'm loving all of the Smartgun builds all of a sudden, and a couple of "real-steel" builds no less!

We've got to get you one of the muzzle pieces. Does anyone recall who it was that was lathing them out of aluminum? I have one on my M-56, but, mea culpa, I'm completely blanking out on who it was that made it.

Great even with Counter! (missed to see this in the first pictures).
Do you have any electronics in your M56A2 or is the counter static?

Again you do have my full respect for carrying such a beast! :delta:
