The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

USCM intelligence reports a possible xeno infestation in your sector. Given the number of civilians (hosts), your unit may be overwelmed by August 30th. As a result all units are being called to active duty to help in countering the threat.

5 years? ImageImage

I thought you were short? It's four more weeks and out for me!

I could re-up for another tour though. Image

Umm...

Unless of course you are talking about real life here. In that case keep your eyes open, keep your head down, and come back alive Bro!

Just out of curiousity... how long till we can expect a rescue if something goes wrong?

Not that I'm worried, or anything.

Holy crap! Talk about ironic timing!

Are you still going to be home on August 29th or will you be on base with your unit already? I could probably manage a stop over in Atlanta and hook up with you for a beer before you deploy.

So is this a notice of Active Duty Training or of Active Duty Tour?

Either way -- play it smart, stay safe, and be sure to kick a little ass for me! :D

From what it says, its Active Duty...the Unit is to meet at the "training" facility here in Atlanta....Ironic enough, its near the Marriott...so what I might do is come up and hopefully see you guys before we go.
