Rich is now looking at sorting the casting out. Could those people who actually wish to be in the encounter please PM him with your availability (can you come to the rehearsals / which evenings can you participate in etc) and what assistance you would like to provide Marine / Alien / Lab assistance / Prey etc.

Those people not wishing to flex your acting muscles will be i will be allocating positions around the event as per their preferences on the main attendee list. (shooting range / meet and greet / bar security etc)

AJ you can never have too much smoke and flashing We've got primary sources sorted but if you could bring them along as a backup that would be appreciated.

Could you tie up with Smiffy (Sidewinder) as he is our prop supervisor ref any builds

Might have a line on some "beefy" speaker/amps will advise as intel comes in!
