I have the mechanism together but I have about 50 other parts of my costume that need fixing before I fit it into my "new" head.

Do you have a pet Xeno, Ian?

In the process of planning, sourced a "suit" supplier, am putting together a set of digitigrades. Am used to animation is as I have a pet droid.

Just fancy the thought of moving mouth parts :-)

It's an aborted project. Once I finally get it finished, I want to share full plans with all the Xenos to use. I've lost the notepad with the sketches though, but I have some Arduino code.
