The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

well goonhavern but yeh. got my own little colonial marine...he 4 months old now.I said to my missus that i want to get back in with the armour etc and take a pic with a pulse rifle in one hand and my boy in my arms in the other. Do like a colonial marines poster.....saving the colonies one civvie at a time or somein like that.Had a old motion tracker kit back ages ago but just picked up a very tidy master replica tracker. The units tidy and works but the case is scratched and theres no certificate.....but it has a plack and works and is tidy. Missus doesnt understand lol.

Hi i'm Ashley from Shropshire

I'm looking to put a colonial marine together for my next costume and can't wait to get stuck in.

Some of you will know me as Bell from over on the UKG forums. I've been with my local garrison for three years and only now do i feel confident enough to try my hand at something other than Star Wars.

Welcome Ashley, are you familiar with Dan Cooper and the UKCM Bucketheads?

Hi I'm Sam. I've absolutely loved the aliens films since I was a kid. The first one I saw was aliens and omg it was amazing. And ever since that day I have been into collecting aliens and predator models. And all I have ever wanted is to have a pulse rifle and be called Hudson haha.

That is BADASS marine - another trooper to bolster the squad. There's 8 of us signed up so far (no including yourself), although only 3 fully kitted marines, so you make 4 :) You gonna get the BDUs too?

I guess maybe I should at least introduce myself. My name is Grace, and I live in New York. I finally saw the movies not too long ago and loved them. Yeah, I know...don't shoot me :) Just another fan here who appreciates the camaraderie and the members on here I've been lucky enough to meet.

Hi there,
My name's Lesley & I was 'adopted' by some of the UKCM at last LFCC (I was in costume, it wasn't Aliens related costume, but I'm working on that!)

I'm a big fan of the sci fi & fantasy genres in general, film & books. Obviously, I love the Alien films (well, 1-3...not such a fan of Resurrection, but to each their own). I also love the whole 40s/50s rockabilly thing, hence the username *It's a nickname from one of the Marines & I like the retro pin up feel* 8)
