The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Some of us will be there stupid-early to set up the table. In October, the queues were indeed crazy from opening until about 1pm (2 hour wait for purchase - prebooked pickup might have been a bit better), so I'd recommend you get there as early as you can - definitely before opening time. :(

I'm going to be trooping with the Garrison for most of the weekend and I'm going to be there from 0730hrs.

You're welcome to have my Armour set and Pulse Rifle for the stand.

I'll need it for this Airsoft mag photoshoot at 1630hrs.

No change there then.

I would suggest we co-ordinate all parking together under excel. We can make our own changing room out of carefully positioned cars!

We have had no specific communications from the organisers or venue, but considering what has happened in London in the past few days, I'd like people to take care to follow our carry rules here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=11540

More specifically, make absolutely sure your replica weapons are covered or in carry cases when you are not in costume. I'd like everyone to ensure they meet up with DATA for weapons inspection, and everyone should be extra mindful when they are out and about even when in costume.

OK Rich is right on Parking together in the underground parking. As we done this before and also leaving stuff in the van my only got the backdoor so i would like to leave it parked behind Rich's Van so no one can break in!!!!

We can park in a corner and use the Van's as cover.

As Gareth said, London will be hell with Weapons and Knives !!!!!

When you are really I will check your weapon in the "Van changing area" before heading to the tables. Once I done this once I will not check again as no one will put gas, bb's or batties into there weapons right???

I will parking in the underground parking at the Excel for Friday night and walk over to the hotel. Hope to be there for 6ish.
