I think you're mis-reading that, Richard. "All specific colony campaigns (London, Atlanta, New York, etc...) are awarded for a patrol in a colony (city) of over 100,000 in population." Of course, that line is a lot less needed now that no new ribbons can be created on account of all colours being taken.

There are now 71 new ribbons available! This means:

1. The Minor Colony Patrol ribbon criteria is now for colonies of 10'000 colonists or less. All Marines with this decoration awarded for a colony with more than 10'000 colonists are to advise me of what colonies each of their MCP ribbons represent and each will be replaced with one of the new available ribbons. Colony populations can be found on wikipedia.org

2. New ribbons are on a first come, first served basis. This means that you can pick whichever ribbon design you prefer for your city of choice. Once it's picked, it then becomes the official ribbon for that combat drop. Please indicate the SKU number of the ribbon with your requests. Drop ribbons can be found at http://www.pbase.com/sharpuscm/ribbons

Ok, Sarge, I'll send you a proper, updated list of my ribbons when I get a chance, but I'd like to reserve ribbon 20801106 for the colony of Dusseldorf (pop. 600,000). Looks like it's the most suitable for the city's coat of arms.

I wonder... 10,000? Kinda low, isn't it? You're not afraid most ribbons are going to get snagged in no time flat?
