Kinda fell off the wagon, exercise-wise.

New objective: Get my UBACS to fit without showing off my man-curves!

Been doing 2 (3 when I got the chance) hour and a half sessions of boxing training. A much better workout than I thought! I think Ill be keeping that up and adding in a run every other day.

chest , back , and ab ripper x , this morning , chest and back was tuff , but doable , ab ripper sucked . this is goona be fun

tuesday ( thanks for the offer dom , but i got it figured )
plyometrics = done , tuff but again doable , chest and back especially back =very sore , but its a good sore

Wed back and arms. AB ripper x done. Was hurting for certain last night. But much better this morning. Yoga tommorrow not sure I'm looking. Forward to that

Thursday legs still sore. Took the morning off. As I'm sure yoga will work my legs. And legs are on tommorrows agenda. Once my body gets used to working these musclees it will be easier to go 6 days in a row. But for now its break day. 181.6 this morning back to my lowest weight in the past 20 years 11 more pounds to go. We are making this week more of a feeling out week Ans we will add a week to finish closer to dc

legs and back SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i never really worked my legs , i bike alot , and did the eliptical machine , but squats and stuff were not in my routine , so the next couple days are gonna be rough on me , but we are camping so there should be ample lounge time ,
so no kempo x or yoga x this week , planning to hit it full steam ahead next week ....if i can walk :wink:

Wife has knee issues as well. At the beginning of plyo. He says if you can do this there is always cardio x. ..so that might be an option

well officially started p90 x today . did 4 out of 6 workouts last week , they are tough for sure , hopefully they will be a little easier on the old body this week , did back and chest today with my son , hopefully he/we can stick to it together , and i made myself some pushup bars this morning

Tuesday update plyo. Done and the boy got up with me at 5 am to do it.

Yoga x. Sucks all kinda di** . I can't find 1 thing I like about it. I feel terrible. Cranky. My wrist hurts. Its hard enough to get out of bed at 4:30 but to have to do yogax would be even tougher. F*ck yoga x

1st official week done , my son got up early with me all week , kempo x = mehh ok not that great of a workout , but it will do if the weather is bad otherwise we will do something outside , same with yoga , if the weather is nice we will run the lake , all in all great week legs and back is the toughest workout imho , even after 2 weeks my ass muscles are sore .

well one thing is for sure , if you do p90x you will work muscles you never have before , my calves hurt so bad i can hardly walk up or down stairs . we live near a great lake with lotsa trails , so are gonna trail run instead of yoga , and maybe kenpox , bottom line is p90x is an ass kicker for sure .

Still going strong shoulders and arms today. My favorite so far. Boy still getting out of bed with me.

Thursday update. No yoga x today 2.5 mile trail run instead. Wife and boy went with this morning. We plan to do this in place of yoga for sure. And maybe some other. Cardio.
