Put it together first. Then fill in the gaps holes and whatevers. Sand said Spulse. Then paint. Ive done five to date. If your uo to it, I also drill out both barrels and the vent holes.

they weren't drilled all the way out, just a little deeper. THe barrel vents are drilled all the way through and the barrels deeper. I'll get pictures together soon

I used Tamiya's Olive Drab 2 (TS-28) spray on my Spulse Rifle

I drilled out extra vent holes in mine, but I think you are asking for actual holes all the way through.
