I'll be videoing for a lot of the event when I'm not in Grunt 4 for a college project/short doc.

Dunno if I'll be taking a camera in the AE at any point, thought that might ruin the experience for others. I DO have my press uniform, of course.

As simon said above that would be the best time or maybe one of the after hours shows for the folks working the event that want to go through. There's usually a few each day. But yes it has been done before but that's no reason we shouldn't document another one

I just took photos last year. I thought about putting together some kind of lightbox device built from LEDs to film the corridor and lab segments of the AE this year. Shall look into it.

Id be filming on a Canon 550d btw. Ready for the huud!

I'm OK for Labratting both days but would like to head out for a bit on both days, as never normally get to see anything otherwise, maybe even costume for a bit,, but labratting will be my priority when needed
