In a few shots it does seem to, especially when you see the seam of the GL cage is angled compared to where it meets the shroud in Tom's last pic.

Edit: The SU ones also had that alignment, as shown on Willie's site here:

So it's more accurate than all the other replicas, which we knew anyway.

Well speaking as a Production Engineer in an Electronics plant (many moons ago) I'd be pointing to the, apparently, poor standard of the solder job on the 2 contacts either side of the object indicated!

That droop was more to do with the loose-fitting shrouds than anything else, those things really rattled around so it's easy to make it look out of alignment - the barrel, however should be level as many of the PRs used the existing M1A1 barrel with a threaded extension piece.

What me and Demetrius are seeing is the horizontal angle of the spas cage in relation to the rest of the rifle, with the back of the cage tight to the shroud and the receiver, but where the higher bit of the cage meets the barrel vent, it makes the cage dropp forwards.

But, now I've drawn some lines on one of the pics, a lot of it is down on converging lines with the camera's wide angle lens:
