Gareth can liase with Johnnie at the venue as I won't be there myself. I'm assured by Johnnie that expenses wil be covered as well as the £100 payment for each of you for the weekend. Keep your receipts.

I should see Johnnie again this weekend at the Bournemouth show so I will double confirm/verify that again then.

It's for 2 days Glenn so travelling back and forth might not be the best option for some I would think.

ive just looked into trains and for me to do this id have to come down on the 18th and get a hotel for that nite, i assume id have to book one nite at said hotel then stick with you guys for saturday and come back up home on the sunday nite. its only gunna be £46 too with return =D

Hold off for the moment. They might book hotel for us (but I doubt it ...)

Are you attending this in costume for both days or just attending "in some form"?

All: Is there anyone else who would like to attend both days in costume? Expenses should be covered but I am still in discussions about how it will work.

only problem is, if i leave the train too late to book then the prices just shoot up :S if thats the case then i cant afford to fork that much money out my bank at once D:

My understaing is that they were looking for one marine and up to two Aliens and two Predators.

So if a second marine or a third Alien or Predator wanted to go then they would be welcome but their expenses would not be covered.
Only the initial 5 people in those costumes/quantities would be reimbursed their expenses/get the £100 payment.
