If you'd been to the Arches Alien War, then the SECC version after they stopped using blank firing guns... You'd know what I mean...

.........I sure do! They were bloody LOUD! Reminds me when I went to your aisoft course 2 years ago Rev and our team lost the 1st round - so you "interigated" us all and someone fired a blank gun lol it made us all shit ourselfs!! (not sure if you remember?) lol

But back to alien war! If there comes about an Alien Experience 2 this year then the Alien War guys will have a fight on there hands lol

Gave them Atlanta for Dragon Con as an idea for a location. Seemed interested as they are still looking for locations.

Also gave them the Charter website for information on where to find cheap labor

I went all the way down to London to see the show & alas it was closed due to the flooding
Buggered up part of my plans I can tell you.I was so excited.

Maybe seeing how you have so many Accurate Marines now & with the Special Effects probably being even sharper too,this could truly be a heart stopper as well as truely entertaining

Slightly kack-handed combination of the Aliens and AVP fonts? Having said that, I think it looks pretty cool.

I still prefer the old ones though

I didn't actually think much of the 'experience';

1. Never actually saw an Alien, possibly due to the large group I was in blocking the view.

2. Amongst our group were some young kids (age 7-11 approx), who spent most of the time screaming/crying (parents stayed outside).

3. During the running about, we had to run down a corridor and around a sharp bend. Just around the corner was a set of stairs, not lit/highlighted at all.

The young girl in front of me tripped up the stairs, I then tripped over her and the big (>6ft) guy behind me landed on top of me, his leg driving my left knee cap into the front corner of one of the steps.

I limped around for the rest of the day, just thinking I'd bruised it.

Two years later I still couldn't kneel down on it.

Even now I can't kneel on it for more than a minute. I guess something's not quite right in there, but it's not enough of a problem for me to get it looked at.
