The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Outside of the Aliens universe I'm a big fan of Warhammer 40k. For those who don't know anything about this it includes a force called the Tyrannids, vaguely insectoid creatures who consume all the biomass on a planet before moving on like locusts. They range in size from tiny creatures called rippers up to massive bio-titans the size of the largest fighting machines built by the other forces in the galaxy.
I convert a lot of 40k figures and one day I decided to produce an Aliens inspired chestburster so I took a suitably sized Tyrannid model and a human Imperial Guardsman and came up with this:

The only thing that could make that more epic is if it was a Krieg guardsman with a shovel. Great work! :)
