I got a Grid Compass 1137 with Grid 2102 Floppy drive for sale.

One of the latch clasps is broken, but still locks perfectly with

just one. Case has some marks, but for being made in 1982..

it is really great shape.

I got a great deal on this, would like to keep it in the community,

before listing on feebay.

I'd being willing to trade it for a Gridcase3 or a Gridcase tempest
(Gridcase3 with amber display) that already has DOS in ROM.

I'd trade it for my Gridcase 3 - it looks very close to the 1139 as it does not have the function keys.

hey....I have some grid squares up for grabs too :lol: :lol: :lol:



just kidding.....I remember sending the cherries down to supply to grab a case of grid squares, the look on there face.....priceless!!!

LoL, some of the favorites at my old squadron were sending the new guys down for some flight line, or some "military bearing" grease.

The best one by far, though, was blowing air into a MAF bag (plastic bags made for attaching maintenance forms to a part), writing an aircraft number on it in sharpie, and handing it to a trainee and urgently telling them to run it over to QA so they could log the exhaust sample before it goes bad.

Er, uhm, love the gridcases btw, wish I could afford one :D
