The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Just as I stated.

The Emperial dart VP70 is pretty much identical to their cap version, except obviously, the lack of removable clip. The slide can be pulled back and the size is dead-on to 1:1. It comes in a neon yellow body with neon pink slide and neon blue tip.

Also for sale, the four barrel version pop gun used for the belt tool. The four barrels can be removed and I have a correct black resin "single barrel" tip (made by FNG) to put in it's place which will make this completely screen accurate.

Asking $10 for each plus shipping and PP fees (if PP is used). Shipped via your choice of shippers. This is open to all countries.

Question: Will the U.K. disallow entry of the VP70 even with it's neon colors?

I think Yes the Customs guys will STOP this toy pistol :( If opened on an inspection.

They are on a purge of anything remotely looking weapon like entering the country (Legally that is).

Though I don`t claim to know the exact details of the new implimented laws.

The VP70 should be no problem due to its unrealistic colours.

I like your style Mole :D

All being well the green slip being marked TOY,there shouldn`t be any problems. It`s just incase you get it opened & some techy prick checking, that`s all :(

Tamiya does a nice gun metal spray. Although It might be a little too metallic. Anybody care to comment.?
You could always go with a black wash over the top..

Mole, on the resin version I have, I used a satin black on the main body, and a gun metal on the slide. From what I've been told, that's the paint scheme on the "real deal".

Then I would suggest using some silver "Rub N' Buff" to simulate wear on the slide. The main body on the real gun is some sort of composite, so it doesn't wear like metal.

Although the ones I sell are the cap gun version, I'm sure the end result would be the same for DSB's dart gun version.

I use Krylon Black Camouflage System with clear coat for finish.

Devil Dog went with a green upper receiver... to give it a Glock look... It's freaking awesome.

A rubbing of graphite powder on the receiver after spraying black works great, too. You don't need much, either
