Well, still no luck after years of searching. I did however find a potential alternative. Can anyone let me know what the diameter of a real belvin hose is?

Sadly, no I can't help with an original (I'm looking too), but that said, I'd have thought the dia across connectors can't be too dissimilar?
My $0.02 is that if it looks right, it is right (and exact dimensions be damned).

Would love to know more please re you alternative.

I found this last year on ebay.

NOS Presta Frame Pump Hose for Vintage Zefal Solibloc Bluemels Made in France.

Google search for it and you will be able to see pics. I did a brief search on ebay for one but didnt see anything.

The ends are not the same, but close enough for modding I think.

Due to age we are either stuck with close enough on real world found items, or we are stuck with 3d printing and recasting of the actual pieces.
