Meh. I don't know that they have "issues" any more than anyone else offering cool scalp-able stuff. I too have heard stories of pre-orders being cancelled without explanation, but sadly that stuff is not unique to walmart these day. I've been burned by Target and Amazon in very recent months. In the end you gotta ask yourself, "Do I want to preorder and have it hopefully shipped to my door? Or run around town 'hoping' it is there in the first place?". Bit of a gamble either way I say, but I suspect these are not the type of thing that might 'fall off the truck' like some other stuff. These will probably be fine.
