The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Does anyone have a clearer shot of the WY stencil on the barrels in Hadley's Hope?

Excellent find, and I actually know this guy (through a different nerd group). He is really creative and obsessed with getting the details right.
He has a Teepublic page, so I would support him there if you want a shirt:

It looks a lot like these ones. Not sure which size though but they look quite small in the image in the first post as they're on some kind of vehicle bed.

That is pretty awesome. And practical! Think of the stuff you can actually store in there.

Done! I may clean it up a bit with a razor blade, but a few drops and specks add character.

As for storing stuff in it, I've never opened it up! I'll have a look and see, I could certainly use more storage space.

I like that you went with yellow.
Im imagining a false bottom with some xenomorph guts with glow paint...
Imagine hiding a keg in that with a tap that has a xeno on it or a 3D printed motion tracker as the tap handle.

Nice! A hidden keg had not occurred to me as an option.

Well look what I just found in the supplementary disc! Yellow on black is 100% film accurate and I get to add caution stripes!

What I want to know is, are they wearing Dickies-style pants or cargo pants? ;)

Dammit, I can't find the photo but those barrels were reused in the Doctor Who story "Paradise Towers".
Storage crates, too :)
