The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

This along with the kinetic toys, some white plastic trays and a gerber on a white table would make a nice little display piece for the cons....maybe something for this year.

Imagine a proper scaled scene background / green-screen, a white table & bench were con-visitors can sit & take pictures with the grunts...and recreating the bishop scene...
that would something different

I'm thinking the ones that aren't completely clear are by Rubbermaid, not sure on the clear ones yet though.

Thank you Storm56 for identifying this item! Building a mess hall display is a pet project of mine so this was a great find.

Oh, I like that. You need some fake food to go with the tray! Plenty of companies out there that offer realistic looking plastic cornbread, scrambled eggs and such.

Ive found two different versions of that mess tray. One has the dividers flatter and others are rounder but otherwise they are identical.
Did you paint that or find one in white? Iv only found them in bare aluminum. I wonder if there were disposeable plastic/white ones made at some point that were all used or destroyed due to BPAs.

Seven, I painted two metal trays white. A member on here made plastic copies at one point, but that was about ten years ago. Anyway, this looks the part!

The packaging is different but this is currently being advertised:

There also look to be versions that have circular holes in the metal grill.
