The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I was fairly new to the fandom when I started writing this particular series, so I do apologize for any errors, nitpicky or otherwise. I actually wasn't expecting it to become a series until I received a lot of positive feedback on the first story. It continues on today after the first one was published to FanFiction back in February of 2018.

The overall arc of the series follows Drake, and there really isn't a heavy presence of Xenomorphs past the first story. The series quickly became a psychological character drama that analyzes the relationships the Marines had with each other prior to Aliens, and there are a few "spinoffs" from the perspectives of Hicks, Hudson, Spunkmeyer, Vasquez, Wierzbowski, Dietrich, and Gorman.

1. Boreal Nightmare - This actually won an Alien Day contest back in April, and is currently being adapted into an audio drama. I'll keep everyone up-to-date on how that turns out. Very linear story, because I was new and unsure of what to do with the characters, but the overwhelmingly positive feedback told me I was on the right track. In short, the story takes place 4 years before Aliens, and follows the Sulaco Marines on an Arctic-like planet in search of explorers who've gone missing in a blizzard.
2. Silver Flower
3. Humidity Ghosts
4. Grey Hearts
5. Past Shadows
6. Blue Moon
7. Cold Spirits
8. Lost Cause
9. Red Ice
10. Perpetual Storm
11. Night Rise
12. False Dawn
13. Looming Dusk
14. Shadow Rising

The spinoffs:
Violet Horizons - I do apologize for this one being short. I had less than a week till I was going to ship out to boot camp, and I didn't want to leave people on a cliffhanger. I might do a longer Vasquez-focused story, but right now, I don't have the motivation for it. (Chronologically takes place between "Cold Spirits" and "Lost Cause.")
White Noise - Follows Hicks. (Takes place before "Boreal Nightmare.")
Dead Air - Follows Hudson. (Takes place between "Perpetual Storm" and "Night Rise.")
Crash Course - Follows Spunkmeyer and Ferro. (Takes place before "Boreal Nightmare.")
Ashen Mirror - Follows Wierzbowski. (Takes place between "Night Rise" and "False Dawn.")
Hidden Memories - Follows Hicks and Hudson. (Takes place during "Ice Star.")
Faded Voices - Follows Spunkmeyer and Ferro. (Takes place between "Looming Dusk" and "Shadow Rising.")
Whispered Scream - Follows Dietrich. (Takes place after "Ice Star.")
Burning Bridges - Follows Gorman. (Takes place after "Silver Flower.")

The Aliens alternate ending where everyone lives (based on a summary from a friend):
Ice Star

Feel free to leave feedback. Thank you.

I also do goofy cartoons (figured I'd lump my fanart and fanfiction into one topic).

I don't have a Facebook, unfortunately. If you find some other way to share them, by all means go ahead.

Twitter, twitch, or Instagram account at all?

Are you looking at building a brand, or is this just a fun hobby for you? Just asking.

Right now, it's just a hobby.

Tried something different. Used a thicker Sharpie on the outer lines.

So far two people like it, three people aren't big fans. I think it would look better with a Sharpie width in between the regular and the super-thin I normally use.

You know you have too much time on your hands when you set out to draw a bunch of Wierzbowski expressions and succeed.

With the help of an Alien fan audio-drama creator, "Boreal Nightmare" was adapted into a well-put together audio drama. It differs slightly from the original, but it's nonetheless an enjoyable experience.

I turned one of my fanfics into an audiobook.

Despite being hesitant (because I hate the sound of my voice), I pulled through and recorded chapter 1 of "Burning Bridges." My boyfriend did all the editing, and other chapters are currently in the works.

The story is a hybrid between an original story following Gorman and a telling of the events of Isolation from the perspective of Marshal Waits.
