The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Finally got my TE armour back, which has turned out amazing.
It was painted by Honeyboney aka Nina Reutelsterz who did an amazing job.

This has been mentioned somewhere here but i couldn't find the thread,so i thought i would just mention it here,so
Just in case anyone was wondering, Terry's stamp is on the right just below the shoulder connection clip.

My stamp was also on the ab plate, but recently I discovered a second stamp on the back along area where the shoulder pauldrons overlap. Was happy to see that both 'assemblies' were marked on mine.

Def looking good up top!

I ordered it in Oktober last year and I received it at the beginning of November,it was verry quick becouse it was one that he had allready made and it was lying on a shelf,so i just gave my mesurements through and lucky for me it turned out to be the perfekt fit.

Something interesting for you guys, the neck trim on my armour is actually a spare piece which was left over from the film.
I bought it from Doug McCarthy last year after he told me I just had to have it.

I took a better photo of Terry's stamp.

Duuuuuuuuuuude.
nice reference of that trim. whats the backside of that material look like, black or white?
I could totally get some of that stuff from a company I do business with. Wonder if its the same stuff used for ab pads or if those were smoother and shinier. Whos Doug McCarthy?

It's actually white.
If you have the Colonial marines Technical Manual open it up and look at the guy wearing the armour, that's Doug McCarthy.

Three amazing guys amongst others who made the manual possible; Lee Brimmicombe Wood, Harry Harris, and Doug McCarthy as the Colonial Marine model.

I believe Terry's mark on my armor is also under the shoulder scale on the breast.
