The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I've searched around and saw some talk of it but didn't find a definitive answer.

I need three sets, so please let me know.

If not, I will consider taking it on.

I've successfully done runs of Alien Covenant embroidered patches and Pan Pacific Defense Corps PVC patches on RPF.

thanks!

I believe Chef's Creations has the means to do printed patches. I bought a set recently but I did have to ask for them. They weren't listed as separate items on his site.

The price was excellent and the quality is really nice. I had inquired about having him do some runs with different art (in my case I asked about UACM patches) and he didn't rule it out as a possibility in the future.

Thanks for posting those. I need the Victory by Wings, USA Flag and Sulaco/USCM patch for my non-canon Dropship Pilots jacket, so I may end up getting those made so they all match.

I did find info on the patch sizes--so thanks to that member for posting.

Steve Laboyteaux did a run years and years ago, I helped with the artwork on that, but the files are currently locked on a disc that I can no longer access.

Noble (a member here) also either did a run himself, or supplied artwork to someone who did a run of patches, but again that was years ago, and probably not of help to you.

Well thanks for the info anyway; I can handle the vector art no problem. If anyone has clear reference of any and all screen-used patches please DM or post here. I have some already, but can never have too much.

Keep us posted on any progress. I am getting ever closer to actually needing some patches...

Thanks seven. I'm in the process of gathering production quotes and working on the vector files.

I thought the USCM patches were made for production--like the VBW on Ferro and Spunkmeyer suits:

But I found a slightly different version with color differences--but with the exact same type and symmetry anomalies as the USCM VBW patch. It was described as a Royal Air Force patch.

So what do you all think? Did they just use an existing VBW patch for the film?

Looks like it's a variation on the USAF 20th Fighter-Bomber (Tactical) Wing patch. Slightly modified centre logo and wording.

Ive been working on the same thing. Just because I am needing them myself.
Not quite as far along as Noble, but have drawn up the eagle patch, in Vector form, from scratch.
(I think it is about 99% correct)
Finished the flag as well... but that was much easier.
