The clutch lever used was identified awhile ago by M56 Smart One as a Magura Short lever.
Actually Moosh, the lever bit was
more correctly identified by yourself, if I remember correctly.
Adam, did the hard yards on the perch, but his lever was off (and he's not posted a pic of the replacement lever he got yet).
Oh man, haha I forgot about that! To be fair, I'd still give Adam credit for it as he found out it was a Magura brand, which I didn't even know existed until I saw his post. I just got lucky and found out it was a "short" lever.

At this point the stuff is so old, half the time, you only find things in museums.
As Terran said, there's still plenty of cheap levers on ebay. Perches are a bit more expensive, but you could opt to go with a modern / different brand perch fitting and modify the lever.
I did find a seller who has Magura brand levers but they're repros and slightly longer. They come with correct style perches but the listing is for 2, the brake and the clutch. The seller is open to splitting as I did ask recently. I don't know how many are available so that is why I'm refraining from linking.
Here's an excerpt from a reply I received:
Quote:
Measured in a straight line, the blade by itself is 6-1/2"/16cm
In the perch with cable adjuster, it measures 8-1/4"/20.5cm
Shipping to Canada would be $16 for one lever/perch and $20 for two lever sets.
BTW, the actual "vintage" Magura lever blades are polished forged aluminum, not black. We have those as well (we're Magura's biggest USA distributor).

Pictured above is the CLUTCH lever. The smartgun used the BRAKE lever (thanks Adam!)
