The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

If we get a Spunkmeyer announcement, though . . . I'll squee.

Hope he comes with all his hats and the flight helmet. I know the green "Grunt Runt" cap wasn't seen on film, but neither was the albino Alien drone, so here's to hoping we get another behind-the-scenes nod.

I'm super stoked for the Brett & Parker figures. Hopefully we'll get Ash at some stage as well.

Been awhile.

Well slowly building up on the reused Neca and Mcfarlane Armour being strapped like the real deal.
Also more Cloth uniforms.

Test fit of Smart gun rig off of Neca Vasquez onto a TBLEAGUE body.

I've finally managed to recover my password. Finished up a more proper Apone this weekend.
reworked Hicks helmet, complete repaint of Frosts armor, and some extra not screen accurate pouches for ammo magazines.

Wow, that Apone looks amazing! I particularly like the flame effect you used. Incidentally, I used that very same piece for one of my Marine flamers. If I recall, that is from the Mcfarlane Call of Duty WWII flame thrower Marine.
Can I ask, what head did you use for your Apone? I've been wanting to make my own figure for a long time. Any advice would be most appreciated, thank you! :delta:

Yup, I used the Mcfarlane flame effect, its a lot better than NECA's imo. I used the Kenner homage Apone head, if you heat the head up a bit you can pull the head set off (he has most of an ear under there) and the baseball cap.

That Hale Ceasar smart gunner is truly awesome! Thank you for the tips about the Apone head. I had been wondering if his ball cap could be removed and am happy to hear it can! I'm looking forward to making my own Apone figure!

By the way, has anyone heard any updates on whether or not NECA will make a Drake figure with Mark Rolston's likeness?

Inspired by the Apone figure made by Jokerswarpig, I set out to make my own. I resculpted the head and retooled the right ear with green stuff putty and added the cigar. I have a few minor tweaks to make, but otherwise I'm really pleased with how it's turning out. Now I just have to wait for the body, then he'll be complete!

I was thinking today. Lets Get a Gorman figure! with two heads, one bandaged.
After much thought I decided that Gorman was totally inexperienced and had essentially a redemption character arc, well almost.
Had he survived into another movie I think he would have learned his lesson very quickly in Aliens and could have been part of a rogue team with Hicks and Ripley. We see him apologize, we see him in shame and we see him wake up to the reality and then go back for Vasquez. And then hero himself with a grenade. I used to hate the character but I think he learned quickly, trial by fire, he was never a prick, just had no experience. when shit hit the fan he learned fast. Lets go Neca, we got a Burk figure, how about Gorman. could Even include some special accessories that havnt been released yet to make the purchase more appealing to his haters. (not a "concept" alien please) maybe the Map Table! that lights up and moves slightly! maybe some marking flares? basically all the shit from operations while he was conked out. MAYBE.... a hypersleep bed! A dinner tray? Any thoughts people?

Gorman became higher on my list of wanted figures (below Drake, nothing tops Drake until he's officially announced) after a friend and I crafted an alternate universe timeline. We gave Gorman a pre-LV-426 arc and backstory and I wouldn't mind getting two (one to keep, and one to customize) to make that idea come to life.

Right now my list stands at:

- Drake
- Spunkmeyer
- Gorman
- Wierzbowski

Been out of the custom game a while. I have had a couple pieces with parts sorted in the bin for literal years now. I finally wrapped this guy up.
Doubt I will keep him at this point (trying to clear shelf space and fund other projects, but I came so far I had finish him).

Truly don't know. It has parts from 4 different figures, so base materials weren't cheap. Since I don't know what it would be worth with the labor, and even though it isn't very 'community friendly', I tend to let the 'market' on the evil auction site determine value. PX will have info.

Also knocked out my calm "I'm coming in" Gorman. This one won't be for sale. I plan to keep him in my quest to get the full squad. Hope to make an injured Gorman eventually too.

-Head is actually a mcfarlane baseball player
-M65 jacket from neca kick ass 'col stars and stripes'
-Thighs from Rambo first blood (so hard to get legs without cargo pockets! His jeans worked)
-Lower legs from Rambo 3 figure.
-arms and hands from Windrix

Mangled a lot of stuff for this one!

I always thought they needed to make a gorman that came with a nice prop like a light up map table or something. like the burke that came with the ...concept alien. Seems like William Hope wants to be active in the Aliens community. just listened to him read the audio of the Aliens novelization.
Reminds me i have all this clear acrylic, if anyone knows CNC machines an opps table could be made.
