The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Hello everyone name is Stephen. I'm a newish member as ive worked with a few with you in the past . Happy to report that my chef armour is in and fitting wonderfully just a few hiccups but its getting sorted as we speak. Now that I'm feeling like one of you "ultimate badasses" Just hoping a few of you older dogs have any tips to help break in the armour and equipment or just any tips relating to the kit

Happy now to be a member of the corps ! Every formation a parade , every meal a banquet , every pay check a fortune !

Cheers guys

Hi Stephen, welcome to the colonial marines!
I've got a set of Chef's armour as well. I used a couple of bits of string tied around the webbing under the pauldrons and then around the pieces connecting the chest and back plates to stop the pauldrons sliding outwards.

Looks like one of the rubber-dart firing toys to me :)

Wish I knew what happened to mine...
