As far as I know that has remained a mystery sadly. When I scratch built mine I had to go to Morgan13 for a resin nozzle.

I have Morga13's kit. I had the muzzle installed but it fell off (guess I should have glued it better). I'll see if I can find it.

I don't recall it being particularly complex, mainly a tube with some vent holes in the sides.

It was indeed metal and in two halves that screwed together. I've never found what it originally was, although it looks like it could have been from some kind of garden weed-burner; but who knows.
