The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I'm seriously considering doing this event. However, what is the car parking situation for the Olympia, I'm assuming we have to pay for that?

Their website says its £28 per day (and that's if you pre-book), which seems a bit steep.

Whats everyone else doing car parking wise?

Yeah, its quite steep. And we pay. It's actually the cheapest in the area unless you go private driveways etc.

Ok so im a LFCC virgin! Can somebody answer me this. If you can't park at the hotel which doesn't seem possible at any hotels and you park in the olympia car park for the weekend. What do you do with all your kit? Leave it in your car ect?

Depends which Hotel, I'm staying at the Travelodge in Wembley and car parking is £6 per day. Was planning on leaving the car there Fri-Sat and taking the tube, and parking at the Olympia just for the Sun.

My kit is relatively light, being an officers costume, so will take it in the hotel with me and carry it to the event on the day.
