The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

We have been invited by Odeon to attend the opening of Alien:Covenent.

They are looking for Bugs, Marines, Pilots, Preds etc - anything from the Alien universe.

Times to be arranged, but they have offered refreshments and free tickets to the screening.

This is also in association with the MIND charity, to collect from them on the date.

They did state that whilst the 13th is the preferred date, the 14th may be an alternative date.

If there is any initial interest I will liase with them and firm up parking arrangements etc.

READYLINE:

Ok, changing and storage space and parking are available.

There are various showings on the day so we could arrange times to suit us.

Can i get a confirmed yes/no from people so I can confirm us?

Before I can give a definite yes or no, I could do with knowing what time we need to be there for.

Reason I ask, is something else cropped up and am trying to see if I can do both (I may of course cancel the other thing and do this).

Are you going to this Matt?

I should be.

I'm just waiting to get the times of the showings to arrange the best times - ie the busy ones. As a guess, its going to be between 4-9pm. (although not costuming for all of that, just a time frame).

OK, put me down as a YES, I'll bring my Leiutenant's uniform.

I'll have to do some negotiating to get out of the other thing.
