My counter circuit has gone haywire! It counts up and down randomly when firing. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't know what to do with it I can't replace it, unless anyone has replaced theirs and has one spare? Hoping someone can help as it ain't a pulse if the ammo counter don't work!

try just manually pushing a bb through the light gate, does it go haywire then?
Or just semi, not full auto...

it seems to count fine when I push a cleaning rod in an out of the barrel. Maybe it's because I wired it into the main battery? The voltage may be going up and down when the motor runs. It does it on semi and full auto. Maybe I should put a voltage regulator in.

Personally,
I would keep them separate, and run the counter off a 9v bat or 3- 2032 coin batteries in series.

Yeah, probably a good idea. I only did it as the 9V is a bit vulnerable down there!
