I think that is Dorgmal Snow's stuff.

If you back up from that screen and look at this next album, it contains some of his ACM Game customs.

Yup. I wasn't around for the recasting accusations, but all I knew about was stuff for his own use. I guess he pretty much got out of marines after that. He does some really amazing warhammer stuff in 1/6th too
