The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

This design conserves the integrity of the distance between the stars as prescribed by your flag's design:

Maybe make the stars larger Master Sergeant, to make the design easier to reproduce as a patch?

When you get a final on all the patches required I have a person who can possibly embroide them for us. It will cost alittle initially, but once have them.....

Apart from the delta, "screaming kiwi" and rocker patch, are there any other patches I need to create?
For that matter, how do you edit a rocker patch???

USS? No. We're NZCM remember bro.

Do you have any templates for a ships patch Master Sergeant?
I'm feeling a red or white kiwi in place of the big star at the top of the patch, patch is black and maybe a Maori design behind the ships name?

I have changed the name of the thread, some of us have also been discussing camouflage ideas, but I'm not sure if we want to just be USCM with different patches. I think the majority like the standard armour colour scheme, but we are unsure about contrasting BDUs.
I thought of urban (grey, black and white) bdus with SA armour, any other ideas?

Hey team,

Not much progress to report with the patches. Life is pretty hectic at the moment (with me juggling work, baby, two boys and rugby), and my lack of progress is demoralising. :(
I am curious tho. How did you guys design your ship patches? Is there a graphics program that I should have to make shit easier?

Does anyone happen to have any patch templates, for that matter, or have any advice/tips for making patch designs?

Dunno if I'm even on the right track with this...

Here's my design after a bit more work. How do you put the curved writing?

Some rough designs I'm trying to scratch together in Paint (budget, I know):

The red diamond is a symbol of NZ Infantry Corps training.

Like the designs Prev
The screaming kiwi is great as is the NZCM delta.
Even though I really love the corps training diamond I prefer the second ship patch.
Looking good Kiwi.
