We are trying to get a hotel booking organised for the AE.




Malika had kindly offered to pay for ten rooms. Two of those rooms will need to be allocated to guests.


So to avoid a huge bun fight and people getting their nose put out of place with allocation of free vs payed for rooms. What we shall do is see what rooms people need IE: a double (for couples), three people sharing etc. We will then book the additional rooms so everyone is in the same hotel. We will then divide the cost across the board for everyone. Everyone then pays a reduced rate.

if you wish to pay for and sort your own accommodation that's fine.

Hopefully we should have the final costs done in advance of the weekend. That way people who have had to book a room get they money in advance. Cash on the day would probably be easier but I'm sure we can sort Paypal if people need to.

i just thought cash on the day might be abit fiddly for folk who turn up later in the day if the one's who need to pay turn up before hand, paypal would work better and would keep track of who has paid and all the money is in one place at one time, would save alot of fiddling and last minute panicking :p

OK Finally found this so if it's not too late I'd like to put my name down if there are no shared spaces left then I'll book another room?
