I've been avoiding making this post, but I guess it's time I do it.

I would like to apologize for delays recently in my replying to emails.

My mother passed away suddenly on March 20th and it's been tough to get the time or energy to be in the shop working on armor. And then one of my best friends passed away on April 15th, which didn't help.

So please be understanding. Your gear will be made and shipped, but it may take some more time. Please only contact me asking for a status update 1 month before the date you need it and I'll do my best to get it to you in time, but please remember that the wait time for armor is at least 6 months, and can be up to 1 year or more. So trying to get it before 6 months is really not possible. I keep trying to get everyone their gear in time for their events, but it ends up bumping someone else and making their gear take longer to be built.

I missed a text message? Sorry. In addition to the emotional issues, there's also a lot of paperwork, phone calls, letters to mail, etc. And since my mom lived about an hour away from me, it was also a lot of driving back and forth to pack up her apartment, take care of her bills and so on.

so sorry for your losses. been seeing your posts on FB and just take as much time as you need to get everything taken care of. and dont over work yourself trying to get people their gear its not worth it.
