The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

In an effort to get more organised (gasp!), we would like to perform a census. This will mean we can get a base-line on ranks, regiments and our numbers.

The information will remain private between myself and the UKCM CO's (post to follow on this...).

Typically, UKCM regiment and rank will be allocated when you attend your first drop. If you don't know your regiment and have been to a drop then let us know then we will allocate you. Note that UKCM rank is separate to any rank you may choose to wear on your uniform - UKCM promotions are given for dedication, extreme silliness and creative drunkenness.

Regiments currently are:
  • 13TH REGT. 1ST BATT. FREEBOOTERS
  • 42ND REGT. 1ST BATT. HADRIAN’S WALL
  • 66TH REGT. 1ST BATT. THE BUCKETHEADS
  • 69TH REGT. 1ST BATT. HOMER’S HEROES

Additional affiliations include but are not limited to:
  • BIOWEAPONS DIVISION "AREA 52"
  • SPECIAL ARMAMENTS SECTION "HEAVY WEAPONS"

If you consider yourself a UKCM member then email census@colonialmarines.co.uk with the following:

Full Name:
Boardname:
Service Number:
Town:
(If you have been to a UKCM Drop), Rank:
(If you have been to a UKCM Drop), Regiment:
(If you have been to a UKCM Drop), Other affiliations:
Email Address:
(Optional), Phone Number:

Stripes or drop ribbons? Drop ribbons are a quite seperate non-UKCM-administered thing, and are organised by Dom via this thread: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2659

Your UKCM Rank is, of course, Admiral. Which puts you SOL if you want a promotion!

I am more than happy with my rank...I even got a special hat! Just need to find the relevant chevrons to sew on!

Absolutely. You're not gonna be chucked out just because we don't see you for a while.

That said; we want to see you at a drop when you can! Lack of costume is no excuse!

Oii... Ant-man...!!

You wanna explain to me why I'm suddenly getting all these texts, emails and phonecalls about insuring my Atmosphere Processors, or from Colonial Administration about Payment Protection Insurance and how I "can save money on Hypersleep storage fees"??!!

You sold my details on, didn't ya!!
