The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I'll be there with a crew from my website doing interviews and such (it's a gaming oriented). I don't have a uniform yet, but if I do by the time NYCC rolls around, I'm down for getting together.

Perfect opportunity for an Aliens Legacy Gold Award presentation, as Bill doesn't do many public events like this. :delta:

From what I'm seeing on the website it looks like Paxton will be doing a Q&A about a new graphic novel that he's involved with. But I don't see anything about a signing or anything Aliens related. Let's hope that changes soon!

That might be this film (based on a graphic novel) which has recently been announced:

I was wondering how Bill felt about Aliens now, and worrying that he might be too cool for it all. Not so according to this interview!

http://www.empireonline.com/features/al ... efault.asp

He clearly had a blast and enjoys talking about it. I bet he'll be honored to receive the Gold Award.

I talked to him about it back when I was running big cons and he honestly didn't think anyone would remember him from Aliens.

For anyone going, there's going to be a booth there for the indie film Iron Sky and if they're giving away any freebies, I'd love whatever they're offering. :)
