To run this you'll also need a program called "Future Pinball."

FP is free and if your google-fu is great... you should find it in about 1/10 of a second.

What do the errors say? What I did was install Future Pinball, and then unzip the ALPinball contents into the
tables directory. All the files/folders and not just the table file. Works fine for me.
