Sooooooooooo it's almost December. I'm guessing it's gonna be delayed till January/February personally. But I hope I'm wrong! =D

Assuming these have sold well, they're likely going to be very busy shipping these out to everyone over the next several weeks. Delays are not out of the question, but I also hope you're wrong. I dread that final payment with the shipping and CA state sales tax added in, but can't wait to finally have a PR of my very own.

It's the lack of information and website updates that have me thinking it's going to be delayed. Again, I hope I'm wrong.

HCG are in Florida so I don't think us Californians are going to have to pay dales tax! 9.25% savings!

And here I've been thinking all this time they were based in Hollywood Land! Well that is good news. I just hope they don't supply the west coast from a CA warehouse or something.

Btw, I read on another board that they're supposedly going out in January. No way of knowing for sure, but won't be surprised if that turns out to be true. Not a problem though, should be a little easier on the wallet after the holidays anyway.

...no I didn't get ship confirmation BUT I got an e-mail back from HCG telling me this:

Hi Eric,

Thank you for your email! The Aliens Hero Pulse Rifles are shipping
from the factory this month. The time on the water may indeed take us
into January, also for allowance with customs inspections.

The anticipated delivery was December, but I can tell you that it
won't be long after then that we will have them in stock to ship.

Okay mate, but the Next time YOU do a million dollar prop run in a foreign country... I don't want to hear any excuses about manufacturing delays.

Hell, I pre-ordered 'Alpha Protocol' last YEAR and it was pushed back again from a fall release 2009 to mid 2010.

Delays happen. I wouldn't worry unless you were hoping to give it to James Cameron for Christmas.

Slightly annoyed with The Prop Store at the moment. I tried to cancel my order, as there's unfortunately something more important that I need to spend my money on. However, they will only offer a refund as store credit which isn't a great deal of use to me. Oh well, ebay it is then...

On the other hand, they did say that they were expecting delivery "shortly" so at least we'll get to see them soon.

Yeah, someone else has pointed that out to me. However, if I'm receiving the PR anyway, then I might as well just sell it. The whole point of me cancelling it was to get the money back now, rather than waiting until the orders are fulfilled.

Still, they're breaking DSRs so you can demand your money back. Don't let them get away with it.
