The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Just a little correction, Chris' wife's name's Joy, not Cherrie as Brian previously wrote.

If any of you would still like to donate to the Chris Chulamanis fund, please feel free to do so. I will wait for Joy to decide how we will send it to them.

I've only just found out about Chris and to say I'm shaken would be a severe understatement. Chris and I have worked together on many projects over the years and I look upon him as one of my best friends, so to hear this has happened to him on the ALB is a great shock, all my hopes and prayers go out to him and his wife.

He really is one of the kindest most caring thoughtful people it has ever been my privilege to meet, as others have said Chris is a real fighter and if anyone can pull through this it will be him, so I am extremely hopefully that he will. To be honest my life wouldn't ever be the same without him so I don't want to go there.

BTW Chris's wife's name is Sherry (as spelled) I should know as I've talked to him about her often enough over the years.

I don't know what to say. WOW.

Tony sent me an e-mail to check out this thread and I can't believe what has happened.

Chris has done so much for me over the years.

Are you still accepting donations for a floral arrangement to be sent to him? If so, please send me a PM. Thanks.

My thoughts and prayers are certainly with him and his family.

Chris calls her Sherry..her name is Joy(hence his armor)...she asked that anything we do for her to put it attention "Joy", as that is her legal name.

I just found out from Matt, thanks for the message Mate.

Man, this is terrible news, to be cut down so suddenly. I have full faith in him making a recovery, it may take a while though. I look forward to his posts in the future.

Although I'm not a religious guy, I've asked the man upstairs for a favour.....

Chris, get well man, us Marines need you back.

Kraig

To answer the questions, yes, I am still accepting donations to the Chris Chulamanis fund. Any further donations will be sent to Joy for whatever arrangements are necessary caused by these terrible events.

For those who wish to view the list of donors, you may do so on my web site here.

Thanks to AnubianWarrior & everyone for making us aware of this.

Really sad news.

I'm praying for FNG Chris to pull through this.

Sharpie [Dom], I just sent you a modest contribution through PayPal. Please let me know if you got it.

I have only had the pleasure of discussing USCM stuff with FNG via these forums. Am still hoping to meet him at a Dragon Con someday.

I may not have my own USCM armor yet but I always tell people that the people here at Aliens Legacy & the USCMarines are definitely one of the best groups of people I have interacted with over the internet. And FNG is definitely an example of the best of us.

Hang in there, Chris!

Best wishes,

Good Lord!. I've just came upon this post and I've frantically followed each and every screen... I'm still in tears, my words fail me: Chris is such a WONDERFUL guy!. He certain doesn't deserve this!.

CHRIS, PLEASE, FIGHT AND RESIST!.

I'm a physician myself (Chris affectuosly called me "the doc"), and know the value of the will to live, which Chris apparently has. Please, Dom, let Cherry (or Joy) know of our interest and tell her to relay our messages to Chris once he's conscious again (or even if he isn't, some physicians and even patients say that the auditive functions persist even in a coma), this (knowing that a lot of people out here really love him), might help in his recovery. My most sincere best wishes, and if there is anything I could do from here either as a friend or as a physician, please, let me know.

WE LOVE YOU, CHRIS!!!!.

Hi guys. I'm new here, but I've posted over at the "Sideshow Freaks" board at www.sideshowcollectors.com for a while now. I had the joy of seeing Chris's work a few years ago on his website, and buying some of it from him last year.

I was shocked to hear the news about his heart attack. I hope and pray for his speedy recovery. Thoughts, prayers and well-wishes for him are being sent from the "Sideshow Freaks" board members too for Chris.

Chris has been a great resource for awesome ALIENS marines gear and information to me and many other people. I hope he is going to be okay.

Dom, some money sent via Paypal. It seems like a pittance; I wish I could just empty my account and do more for him.

Dom... You read my freaking mind!!!

I didn't plan on making a slideshow like this- But I was going to put together a Tribute using Chris' Nam pics- and a few USCM ones. You even chose the exact same song I planned on using; Fortunate Son by CCR (Chris' favourite band)!! :D

Very well done Dom!

Chris- we're all thinking the same thing!

Sending prayers from Illinois.

From reading up above I see his condition is stable.
Stable is good sign. It means improvement.

Now hopefully the next news we hear is that he has been moved out of ICU.
That is when you know things are probably going to be ok.

- Damian

*Sending good vibes.
